苎麻根药材的生药学鉴定研究

摘　　要：目的:完善苎麻根药材的生药学鉴定方法,为其质量标准的制定提供实验参考。方法:采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴别及高效液相鉴别方法。结果:详细描述了苎麻根的原植物形态特征、药材性状特征、横切面及粉末显微特征、薄层色谱特征及高效液相的分析结果。结论:通过实验研究完善了苎麻根药材的生药学鉴定方法,为苎麻根药材的鉴别和质量评价提供理论依据。Objective:To identify Boehmeriae Radix for providing the scientific evidence of quality standard.Methods:TheBoehmeriae Radix were identified by origin,macroscopic,microscopic,TLC and HPLC identification.Results:The morphological feature of original plant,character of crude drug,microscopic characters of transverse section and powder,TLC and HPLC were described.Conclusion:Thestudy can provide reference for identification and quality evaluation method of boehmeriae radix.
