摘  要:介绍了设计的一套可投入生产流水线的自动化工频耐压试验设备.结合高电压技术和电气设计中的微处理技术理论知识,以菲尼克斯ACX1050 PLC作为控制单元,借助Wlan技术实现无线控制设备,利用PC WORX平台编写程序实现控制要求,并且进行在线调试保证设备的可靠性,实现了工频耐压试验自动化控制及操作步骤的简化.试验结果表明,该设备具有可控补偿、结构紧凑、噪声较小的特点,可以自动进行试验并能准确地发现绝缘缺陷.This paper designed a set of automatic power frequency withstand voltage test equipment applicable to production line.This equipment combined the theoretical knowledge of high voltage technology and microprocessing technology in electrical design,used PC WORX programming platform to achieve control requirements,and made on-line debugging to ensure the reliability of the equipment,with the aid of phoenix ACX1050 PLC as the control unit,and Wlan technology for wireless equipment control.It has realized the automation control of the power-frequency withstand voltage test and the simplification of the operation steps.The test results showed that the equipment had the characteristics of controllable compensation and low noise.It can automatically test and find out the insulation defects accurately.
