摘　　要：介绍了安钢高强度调质钢Q550D的研发生产情况,详述其成分体系的设计原理以及冶炼、轧制、热处理的过程控制。生产实践表明,采用包晶C-Mo-Cr-Nb-B成分体系设计、合理的淬火及回火工艺制度生产的高强度调质钢Q550D,其力学性能完全满足产品性能要求,综合性能良好。ABSTRCT The research and development of high strength quenched and tempered steel Q550 D with thin size at Anyang Steel are introduced. The design principle of its composition system and the process control of smelting,rolling and heat treatment are described in detail. The production practice shows that the mechanical properties of the product completely meet the requirements of Q550 D and the comprehensive properties are good by adopting the design of peritectic C-Mo-Cr-Nb-B composition system and reasonable quenching and tempering process.
