摘 要:以邯钢260 t顶底复吹转炉、氧枪工艺参数为基础,通过1:9几何相似比水力学模型试验,研究了不同枪位、顶吹、底吹气体流量及炉料结构对转炉熔池混匀时间的影响规律。结果表明:低枪位、大流量有利于缩短混匀时间,当底吹为零时混匀时间在同等条件下延长30%以上;废钢会延长混匀时间,且随着废钢量的增加,混匀时间增加。将模拟结果应用于转炉生产实践后,转炉平均吹炼时间由950 s缩短至900 s,终点碳氧积平均由0. 002 7降至0. 002 2以下,渣中TFe含量由23. 5%降至17. 3%,经济效益显著。Based on the technological parameters of 260 t top blow converter and oxygen gun in Handan Steel,the influence of the different gun position,top blow,bottom blowing gas flow rate and furnace structure on mixing time of converter tank is studied through 1: 9 geometric similarity ratio model test. The results show that low gun position and large flow rate are helpful to shorten mixing time,and when the bottom blow is zero,mixing time is extended by more than 30 % under the same conditions;the mixing time of scrap steel is extended,and the mixing time increases with the increase of scrap steel. After applying the simulation results to the converter production practice,the converter ’s average blowing time is shortened from 950 s to 900 s,the average carbon and oxygen product at the end point is from 0. 002 7 to 0. 002 2,and the TFe content in the slag is reduced from 23. 5 % to 17. 3 %,the economic benefits are significant.
