摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,更多的技术逐渐融于现代生产设备中。打破传统的设备管理手段,建立设备管理信息化系统,将设备管理的各个流程植入到信息化系统中,实现了设备管理过程的信息化、数字化、标准化,在设备管理的全过程践行精益化理念,全面提升了钢铁企业的设备管理水平。With the development of information technology,more technology is gradually integrated into modern production equipment. The traditional equipment management method is broken,the equipment management information system is established,each flow of the equipment management is implanted into the information system,the information,the digitization and the standardization of the equipment management process are realized,the lean concept is implemented in the whole process of equipment management,And comprehensively improves the equipment management level of the iron and steel enterprises.
