摘 要:为了适应强化冶炼和炼钢新技术发展的需要,钢包普遍采用高导热性的耐火材料,虽然包龄有所提高,但是也使得钢水散热速度加快,钢包外壳温度过高,给安全生产带来了隐患。天津钢铁集团有限公司炼轧厂在120t钢包上采用了新型纳米复合反射绝热板作为隔热层来减少钢水温度损失。介绍了纳米复合反射绝热板的构成、工作原理、安装方案和新型钢包保温性能对比数据。实际生产结果表明,新型钢包保温性能该良好,能够减少钢包散热,降低精炼电耗,稳定中包钢水温度,工艺效果和经济效益良好。In order to meet the needs of the development of new technology of enhanced smelting and steelmaking, refractory with high thermal conductivity is widely used in ladle. Although the age of ladle is increased, the heat dissipation speed of molten steel is accelerated and the temperature of ladle shell is too high, which brings hidden dangers to safety in production. A new type of nanocomposite reflective insulation plate was used as insulation layer to reduce the temperature loss of molten steel in 120 t ladle of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.. The composition, working principle, installation scheme and comparative data of heat preservation performance of new ladle are introduced. The actual production results show that the heat preservation performance of the new ladle is good, the heat dissipation of ladle can be reduced, the power consumption of refining can be reduced, the temperature of molten steel can be stabilized, and the process effect and economic benefit are good.
