摘  要:天津钢铁集团有限公司生产的石油套管用钢37Mn5连铸圆管坯,在用户用来轧制钢管过程中发生爆管,导致废品率较高,给客户造成经济损失。天钢集团技术中心通过对问题钢管试样采用金相显微镜及扫描电镜进行分析,找到导致37Mn5圆坯轧制产生爆管的主要原因是连铸保护渣卷入坯壳造成铸坯局部增碳所致。适当降低拉速和保持恒拉速操作、使用优质耐材、保持低过热度浇铸,有利于上述问题的解决。37 Mn5 continuous casting round tube billet for oil casing produced by Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., tube bursting occurs in the process of rolling steel pipe by users, resulting in high waste rate and economic loss to customers. Through the analysis of the bursted steel pipe samples by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope, it is found that the main reason for the tube bursting caused by the rolling of 37 Mn5 round billet is the local carburization of the billet caused by the involvement of continuous casting slag in the billet shell. Proper reduction of drawing speed and constant drawing speed operation, use of high quality refractory, maintain low superheat casting, is conducive to the solution of the above problems.
