摘　　要：对西门子400PLC、辊道变频器、热检这三种设备组成的常化炉钢板跟踪控制系统的硬件组成、软件设计(包括变频器通讯接口模块,维护钢板信息表模块、最终系统功能实现模块)、运行原理以及在实际使用过程当中所能够达到的效果进行了深入的分析。常化炉钢板跟踪控制系统有助于保证常化炉的安全生产和合理的钢板加热时间,实际使用效果良好。The hardware composition, software design(including inverter communication interface module, maintenance steel plate information table module, final system function realization module),operation principle and the effect that can be achieved in the process of practical use are analyzed in depth. Normalized furnace steel plate tracking control system is helpful to ensure the safe production of normalized furnace and reasonable heating time of steel plate, and the actual use effect is good.
