摘　　要：对天津钢铁集团突发环境事件类型及风险特征进行了分析,包括应急预案流程、基本内容及应急程序,指出了目前突发环境事件应急预案中存在的问题,提出了应急预案的改进意见,为天津钢铁集团的环保和安全管理提供了强有力的支持。This paper analyzes on the types and risk characteristics of emergency environmental events in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.(TISC), including the flow of emergency plan, the basic contents and emergency procedures, points out the problems existing in the emergency plan at present, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the emergency plan, which provides strong support for the environmental protection and safety management of TISC.
