摘 要:环氧树脂胶粘材料因其脆性大、耐冲击性差而限制了其作为混凝土裂缝修补材料的应用。聚氨酯是一类具有独特的三维网络状结构的高聚物。采用共混法,通过侧链羟基反应,把聚氨脂的三维网络结构连接到环氧树脂的侧链上去,以获得具有高韧性的改性环境树脂。首先以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和聚醚二元醇为原料合成了端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚物,然后在氮气保护条件下,通过预聚物的-NCO基与环氧树脂E-51的-OH进行反应,获得了以聚氨酯为侧链的改性环氧树脂。并以丁二醇二缩水甘油醚(BDGE)为稀释剂,聚硫醇作为固化剂,制备得到室温快速固化且时间可控的改性环氧树脂灌浆材料。同时对固化胶粘材料的固化时间和力学性能及热稳定性能进行了测试。结果表明,当PU预聚物含量为15%,固化促进剂DMP-30的用量为3%,改性环氧树脂与固化剂聚硫醇的配比为1∶1时,增韧改性效果最佳,抗拉强度达到了49.9 MPa,断裂伸长率达到了140%,且固化胶粘物其他力学性能提升也非常明显,固化时间根据固化促进剂DMP-30的用量可以控制在30 min^2 h之间,可以满足不同施工要求。随着PU预聚物用量的增加,固化产物的热稳定性先增加后降低,当PU预聚物用量为15%时,改性环氧树脂热稳定性最高。Because of high brittleness and poor impact resistance, the application of epoxy resin as concrete crack repair material is limited. Polyurethane is a kind of polymer with unique 3D network structure. The 3D network structure in polyurethane is connected to the side chain of epoxy resin through side chain hydroxyl reaction by blending method to obtain the epoxy resin with high toughness. At first, the isocyanate groups terminated polyurethane prepolymer is synthesized by 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and polyether diols. Then, under the protection of nitrogen, the modified epoxy with polyurethane side chain is prepared through the chemical reaction between NCO group of prepolymer and-OH of epoxy resin E-51. Using BDGE as the diluter and polymercaptan as the curing agent, the modified epoxy resin grouting materials with the properties of fast cured and time-controlled at room temperature is prepared. Meanwhile, the curing time, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the cured adhesive materials are tested. The results shows that when the PU prepolymer content is 15%, the dosage of curing agent DMP-30 is 3%, and the ratio of modified epoxy resin to curing agent(polymercaptan) is 1∶1, the toughening effect is the best, the tensile strength reached 49.9 MPa, the elongation at break reached 140%, and the other mechanical property of the solidified curing adhesive is also obviously improved. The curing time can be controlled from 30 min to 2 h with different amounts of the DMP-30, which can meet different construction requirements. Moreover, the thermal stability of the solidified product first increased and then decreased as the amount of PU prepolymer increased, and the best thermal stability of the modified epoxy resin appeared when the amount of PU prepolymer is 15%.
