摘　　要：介绍张压西教授运用健脾祛湿化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床经验。张压西教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的基本病因病机为脾胃虚弱、湿瘀内蕴,临床以健脾祛湿化瘀法辨证施治,疗效满意。附验案1则,以资佐证。This paper introduces professor zhang yaxi's clinical experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen-strengthening clearing damp method to remove stasis.Professor zhang yaxi believes that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis are weakness of spleen and stomach and dampness and stasis.Case 1 is attached for evidence.
