盆消解毒汤联合红外光理疗治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效  

Treatment of 152 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with heat and dampness and stasis by pelvic decoction and infrared light therapy

摘　　要：目的:观察盆消解毒汤联合红外光理疗治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:总共有152例病人参与评估,并随机分为两组,治疗组76例,治疗方法采用盆消解毒汤联合红外光理疗;对照组76例,治疗方法采用甲硝唑片联合头孢呋辛酯片口服,14d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后总有效率的变化、中医证候总积分的变化及伴盆腔包块患者包块疗效比较。结果:相比于对照组,治疗组总有效率优势明显(92.1%)两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分(TSC)都出现明显降低(P<0.05),而且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于对照组,治疗组中患有盆腔包块的患者总有效率明显胜出,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆消解毒汤联合红外光理疗治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective:Observing the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,wet-heat type,which was treated with the basin dissolves and the poison soup and infrared physiotherapy.Methods:152 patients were evaluated,who were divided into two teams randomly,each group has 76 patients and treated with basin dissolves、poison soup and infrared physiotherapy and drugs(Metronidazole tablet and Cefuroxime axetil)separately for 14 days as one course of treatment and 2 courses of continuous treatment.two groups were observing the total efficacious rate and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine in TCM symptoms improvement and the enclosed mass change of pelvic mass patients before and after treatment.Results:Relative to CG,the experimental group was higher(92.1%)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TSC of the each team decreased obviously(P<0.05),the treated group lower most so that the difference was also meaningful(P<0.05).The outcome of the two group with pelvic mass was also considered significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of basin dissolves the poison soup on treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory of wet and heat stasis type was effective,it is safe,feasible and worth promoting in clinic.
