摘 要:针对自预热辐射管存在的换热效率低及辐射管表面温度均匀性差等问题,本文提出基于富氧燃烧的自预热定向辐射管结构形式.围绕氧气体积分数φ(O 2)-火焰-辐射管温度分布之间的关系展开研究,探讨了φ(O 2)对最高燃烧温度及火焰稳定性的影响,确定合理的φ(O 2)范围.通过数值模拟的方式揭示φ(O 2)对辐射管表面温度均匀性的影响规律.结果表明: 1)随着φ(O 2)的增加,最高燃烧温度呈线性增长,火焰最高温度位置不随φ(O 2)变化,其所在位置固定在辐射管1.02 m处;2)随着φ(O 2)的增加,燃烧器功率先增加后减少,在φ(O 2)=0.27时,燃烧器功率最大.Aiming to solving the problem of the low heat recovery efficiency and the poor temperature distribution of radiant tube surface, the self- recuperative directional radiant tube structure by oxy-fuel combustion way is proposed in this paper. Mechanism research on the oxygen volume fraction-flame-radiant tube temperature distribution will be discussed. By exploring the effect of oxygen volume fraction on the maximum combustion temperature and flame stability, a reasonable range of oxygen volume fraction is obtained. The influence of oxygen volume fraction on the uniformity of the surface temperature of the radiant tube is revealed by numerical simulation. The results showed that as the oxygen volume fraction increases, the maximum combustion temperature increases linearly. The maximum temperature position of the flame does not change with the oxygen volume fraction, and its position is fixed at 1.02 m of the radiant tube. As the oxygen volume fraction increases, the burner power increases first and then decreases. When the oxygen volume fraction is 0.27 , the burner power is the largest.
