摘　　要：在现行浮法玻璃生产工艺中,密封箱和过渡辊台作为连接锡槽和退火窑的关键热工设备,对玻璃成品质量起着举足轻重的作用,而过渡辊台辊体表面质量的好坏直接影响了玻璃下表面的质量。本文通过对传统过渡辊台辊体单元在线换辊的介绍、结构及操作过程中的利弊分析,提出了一种新型的在线换辊结构的设想。In the current float glass production process, as the key thermal equipment connecting tin bath and annealing lehr, the dross box and lift-out roller play a decisive role in the quality of glass products, and the surface quality of lift-out roller directly affects the quality of lower surface of the glass. In this paper, a new on-line roller changing structure is put forward through the introduction of the traditional lift-out roller and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the process of operation.
