摘 要:目的 探究常规MRI、SWI、DWI扫描与缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿临床分度的关系。方法 选取2016年7月~2018年1月间我院收治的90例新生儿HIE患儿作为观察组,90例非HIE新生儿作为对照组;使用1.5T超导型MRI对所有患儿进行扫描检查,分析常规MRI序列、横轴位SWI、DWI扫描与HIE患儿临床分度关系。结果 观察组患儿Apgar评分低于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);SWI扫描检查的敏感度为97.78%,特异度为91.11%,准确率为94.44%,DWI扫描检查的敏感度为95.56%,特异度为92.22%,准确率为93.89%。结论 横轴位SWI、DWI扫描在诊断HIE患儿临床分度时具有较高的敏感度及特异度,MRI对诊断HIE可提供有效的影像学依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective The relationship between routine MRI, SWI and DWI scan and clinical grading of HIE children was analyzed. Methods 90 neonates with HIE in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2018 were selected as observation group and 90 non HIE newborns were used as control group. All children were scanned with 1.5 T ultrasonic MR scanner, and the clinical scores of MRI, transverse axis SWI, DWI scan and HIE children were analyzed. Results The Apgar score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05);SWI scan sensitivity was 97.78%, specificity was 91.11%, accuracy was 94.44%, DWI scan sensitivity was 95.5 6%, the specificity was 92.22%, the accuracy rate was 93.89%. Conclusion Transverse axial SWI and DWI scans have high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of HIE children.
