摘　　要：中医药文化是最优秀的中华传统文化之一。当前,创造性转化和创新性发展传统中医药文化却面临着神秘主义的思想泥潭、科学主义的制度陷阱和功利主义的社会深渊等现实困境。由此,在当代从哲学的视角和进路诠释中医药文化的丰富内涵及其对中西医学发展的作用,就显得尤为必要和迫切。就哲学诠释的具体方式和内容而言,应当秉承“继承不泥古,创新不离宗”的基本原则发扬和传承传统中医药文化,诠释其哲学视野下的原始风貌和原旨原义;同时,还要注重诠释中西医学哲学基础的本质异同、时代危机以及中西医学互鉴融通的历史必然和现实可能。只有这样,传统中医药文化的当代哲学品质和科学地位才可以得到不断提升,为当代中国医学的发展和进步积淀思想资源。Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) culture is one of the outstanding traditional Chinese cultures. At present, creative transformation and innovative development of TCM culture are faced with some realistic problems such as the ideological quagmire of mysticism, the institutional trap of scientism and the social abyss of utilitarianism. Therefore, it is particularly necessary and urgent to interpret the rich connotations of TCM culture and its role in the development of Chinese medicine and Western medicine from a philosophical perspective and approach. For the specific methods and contents of philosophical interpretation, it is essential to uphold and inherit TCM culture and interpret its original features and meanings from the philosophical perspective and based on the principles of "to inherit without being stubborn, and to innovate without abandoning the core". Meanwhile, it is also vital to pay attention to interpreting the essential differences and similarities between the Chinese and Western medical philosophy foundations, the crisis of the times, and the historical necessity and reality of the mutual understanding between TCM and Western medicine. Only in this way can the contemporary philosophical quality and scientific status of TCM culture be continuously improved, thus accumulating ideological resources for the development of contemporary Chinese medicine.
