摘 要:随着专业认证工作在全国高校各工科专业内的推广,专业教师认证理念的形成和专业认证状态的保持凸显重要。论文以国内某高校机械工程学院的一名普通专业教师为主人公,以两次认证进程为时间顺序,分析了专业教师从反感抵触、被动接受、主动参与、协调受益,一直到与其共生的心路历程。同时,也指出,专业领袖对专业教师这一心路历程的正视与理解、对认证工作的支持,将会引导专业教师于抵触中逐渐接受,于接受中主动参与,实现受益,达成共生,进行具有持续改进属性的专业建设。With the popularization of the engineering education accreditation in universities, it is important for engineering education accreditation concept formation and state maintenance of professional teachers. The paper takes an ordinary professional teacher in the school of mechanical engineering of some university as the protagonist, and takes the two accreditation processes as the chronological sequence, and analyzes the Odyssey journey of professional teachers from aversion, resistance, passive acceptance, active participation, coordination and benefit, to their symbiosis. Meanwhile, professional leaders should face up and understand of the Odyssey journey of professional teachers, and their support for the accreditation will guide professional teachers to gradually accept and actively participate, so as to realize benefits, achieve symbiosis and finally carry out professional construction with the property of continuous improvement.
