摘　　要：通过分析《中医药法》对于中医药文化传播的意义,探讨《中医药法》实施可以帮助中医药文化传播解决的相关问题,并在《中医药法》视角下提出加强中医药文化传播的对策,推动中医药文化传播,促进中医药事业发展。This paper analyses the significance of Chinese Medicine Law for the dissemination of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture,probes into the relevant problems in the implementation of spread of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture that the Chinese Medicine Law can sovle,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the spread of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture in the perspective of Chinese Medicine Law,in order to promote the spread of Traditional Chinese Medicine and promote the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
