温潜法组方治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温潜法组方治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字法将80例复发性口腔溃疡患者分为治疗组44例和对照组36例。治疗组患者给予温潜法组方治疗,对照组患者给予口服硫酸锌片、复合维生素B2片、盐酸左旋咪唑片治疗。治疗4周以后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为68.18%,对照组总有效率为41.67%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温潜法组方治疗复发性口腔溃疡有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Warming and Settling Method Formula for recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:Totally 80 patients were divided into treatment group(44)and control group(36)by random number method.Patients were treated by Warming and Settling Method Formula in treatment group and oral zinc sulfate tablets,vitamin B2 tablets and levamisole hydrochloride tablets in control group.The clinical efficacy was evaluated in four weeks.Results:The total effective rate was 68.18%in the treatment group and41.67%in the control group.The treatment group showed better clinical efficacy than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming and Settling Method Formula shows good clinical efficacy on recurrent oral ulcer.
