袋泡糖痹外洗方治疗2型糖尿病周围血管病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察袋泡糖痹外洗方治疗2型糖尿病周围血管病变的疗效及安全性。方法:以60例2型糖尿病周围血管病变患者为研究对象,采用随机、双盲、对照的研究方案,患者按随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组患者接受基础治疗+袋泡糖痹外洗方沐足,对照组患者接受基础治疗+安慰剂中药沐足,基础治疗包括常规降糖、降压、降脂以及饮食运动治疗。随访观察12周。观察比较治疗后两组患者踝肱指数(ABI)、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂等的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和两侧ABI较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后HDL-C和两侧ABI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:袋泡糖痹外洗方能改善2型糖尿病周围血管病变患者的ABI,延缓糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的进展。Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of Tangbi Waixi decoction on peripheral vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Totally 60 patients of peripheral vascular disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study.Those patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table,30 patients in each group with a randomized,double-blind,controlled study.Patients were treated with basic treatment plus Tangbi Waixi decoction in the way of foot massage in treatment group,and basic treatment plus placebo of Chinese medicine in control group.The basic treatment included hypoglycemic,antihypertensive,lipid lowering and diet and exercise therapy.All patients were followed up for 12 weeks.The changes of ankle brachial index,blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid were observed before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and ABI increased in two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group showed higher HDL-C and ABI than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tangbi Waixi decoction can effectively improve the ABI and alleviate the progress of peripheral vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
