摘　　要：通过中医及现代医学对儿童寰枢关节半脱位的认识,结合推拿操作的原理、安全性及优势性探析推拿治疗儿童寰枢关节半脱位的可行性,并提出“松、正、紧”针、推、康一体化治疗管理的脊柱及相关疾病现代治疗理念。Through the knowledge on pediatric atlanto-axial subluxation of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine and the combination of the operating principle,the security and the dominance of Tuina therapy,this paper analyses the feasibility of Tuina therapy on pediatric atlanto-axial subluxation.We propose a new modern therapeutic concept of spine and related diseases that"Releasing the soft tissue,Resetting bone and Recovering organization balance",which is an integrated treatment management consisted Acupuncture,manipulation and rehabilitation.
