针刺-电针分期序贯治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺-电针分期序贯治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将120例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组患者予基础治疗及一般康复训练;治疗组患者在基础治疗上予针刺-电针分期序贯治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后H-B面部分级评分、面部残疾指数、单个疗程结束后治愈率的变化,以及治疗后的总体临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者H-B评分及FDIP、FDIS评分较治疗前均有改善,且治疗组患者较对照组改善更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗结束3个月后随访调查并发症的发生率,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺-电针分期序贯治疗特发性面神经麻痹患者疗效良好,可显著改善患者躯体及社会活动功能,减轻面部残疾症状,且长期随访并发症发生率低。Objective:To explore the clinical study of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy applied in patients with Bell’s Palsy(BP)Disease.Methods:A total of 120 cases of BP disease patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.The treatment group was received acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy.Before and after treatment,The Honse-Brackmann(H-B)score,facial disability index(FDI,divide into FDIP and FDIS),cure rate after each course,and the final clinical efficacy were compared between the groups.Results:The treatment group showed higher total efficiency than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of H-B,FDIP and FDIS scores were improved in two groups compared with before,and the treatment group improved more significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After 3 mouths after treatment,the treatment group showed lower complication rate than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy showed good curative effect for patients with BP disease.It can effectively improve somatic and social function and reduce the facial disability and the complication rate.
