摘　　要：余承惠认为该病的病机为湿热瘀血蕴结肾脏,导致病情缠绵难愈,故而清热利湿化瘀法是治疗大法,临床上应根据激素使用的不同阶段采用不同的中医治疗方法,在配合中医药治疗的同时,强调激素减量要缓,同时注重饮食调摄。Objective:YU Cheng-hui pointed out that the pathogenesis of the disease is the accumulationdamp-heat blood stasis in kidney and that clearing away heat,removing dampness and removing blood stasis is the main treatment.Different methods of traditional Chinese medicine should be adopted according to the different stages of hormone use,at the same time,in conjunction with Chinese medicine treatment,emphasize the reduction of hormones to slow down and pay attention to diet.
