摘　　要：目的:编制脂肪肝患者中医健康管理行为意向量表,并对其信度和效度进行检验。方法:基于计划行为理论,通过文献回顾、半结构访谈、德尔菲专家函询形成量表的初稿。通过对199例脂肪肝患者的问卷调查,检测量表的信效度。结果:正式量表由4个维度13个条目组成。总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.897,各维度Cronbach’sα系数为0.787~0.907,Spearman-Brown系数为0.765~0.883;量表的重测信度系数为0.868,内容有效度性指数为0.818,各条目的内容有效性指数为0.809~1.000;探索性因子分析提取了4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为78.847%。结论:该量表具有较好的信效度,适用于脂肪肝患者中医健康管理的行为意向的评价,可为进一步临床干预措施提供参考。Objective:To develop TCM health management behavior intention scale for the patients with fatty liver disease and test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the theory of planned behavior,the draft scale was formulated by combining results of literature review,semi-structed interviews and Delphi expert consultation.Totally 199 inpatients were selected for investigation to examine its reliability and validity.Results:The final scale consisted of four dimensions and 13 items.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.897 for the total scale and ranged from 0.787 to 0.907 for 4 dimensions;Spearman-Brown coefficients of four dimensions varied from 0.765 to 0.883;The test-retest correlation was 0.868 for the total scale.The scale content validity index was 0.818,and the item content validity index ranged from 0.809 to 1.000.Factor analysis was used to extract four factors,and the cumulative variance rate was 78.847%for four factors.Conclusion:The scale shows good reliability and validity.It can be used to evaluate the behavior intention of TCM health management in patients with fatty liver,and provide reference for further clinical invention.
