摘  要:针对齿轮设计中齿根弯曲应力计算精确度的问题,基于共轭曲面原理确定齿轮齿根危险截面的位置,采用不动点迭代法计算齿形系数和应力修正系数,并通过实例进行验证。结果表明:运用共轭曲面原理,采用不动点迭代法可精确计算轮齿形系数和应力修正系数。Aiming at the accuracy of calculating the bending stress of the tooth root in gear design, the position of the dangerous section of the tooth root is determined based on the conjugate surface principle. Fixed-point iteration method is used to calculate the tooth profile coefficient and stress correction coefficient, which are verified by an example. The results show that the calculation of tooth profile coefficient and stress correction coefficient of involute gear can be completed accurately by using the principle of conjugate surface and fixed point iteration method.
