坚强理论联合萨提亚模式团体干预对宫颈癌前病变患者术后干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌前病变患者应用坚强理论联合萨提亚模式团体干预的效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月我院收治的81例宫颈癌前病变患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组41例,对照组40例。给予患者宫颈高频电环切除术治疗后,对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用坚强理论联合萨提亚模式团体干预。比较护理干预后两组患者的心理压力、恐惧、疾病了解程度、治疗信心、生活质量。结果护理干预后,试验组患者的心理压力、恐惧评分低于对照组(P<0.05);对疾病了解程度、治疗信心、生活质量水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌前病变患者应用坚强理论联合萨提亚模式团体干预能稳定情绪,减轻心理负担,提高治疗信心和生活质量,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of strong theory combined with Satir model group intervention in patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods We selected 81 cases of patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 as a study object.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (41 cases) and the control group (40 cases).After the patients were treated with cervical high-frequency electric ring resection, the control group was received routine nursing, and the experimental group was used strong theory combined with the Satir model group intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological stress, fear, disease understanding, treatment confidence and quality of life of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared.Results After the nursing intervention, the psychological stress and fear score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the degree of disease understanding, treatment confidence and quality of life were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After strong theory and Satir model group intervention was applied to patients,the patients with cervical precancerous lesions could strengthen their mood, reduce the psychological burden, improve the treatment confidence and quality of life, and the clinical effect was remarkable.
