摘　　要：目的探讨根据小儿危重评分配置护理资源在儿科重症监护室(PICU)患儿中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的危重症患儿90例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组根据患儿的危重症评分配置护理资源实施针对性护理,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组危重症评分改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组功能衰竭器官数量、多器官功能障碍发生率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,PICU入住时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PICU患儿进行治疗时,根据其危重症评分配置护理资源效果明显,能够促进PICU护理质量的快速提高,改善护理效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of configuring nursing resources based on pediatric critical illness score in children with pediatric intensive care unit( PICU).Methods We selected 90 children patients with critically ill admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine nursing,and the targeted nursing according to configure nursing resources on the basis of pediatric critical illness score of children patients was adopted in the observation group.The nursing effects were compared in the two group.Results The improvement of pediatric critical illness scores in the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The number of functional failure organs,the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction,and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the occupancy time of PICU was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion When treating children patients with PICU,it was effective to configure nursing resources according to their pediatric critical illness scores,which could promote the rapid improvement of PICU nursing quality and improve the nursing effect.Therefore,it has higher clinical application value.
