摘　　要：目的探讨基于PDCA循环的中医护理对乳腺癌护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选择我院2017年10月至2018年12月收治的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机等分成观察组与对照组,对照组采取常规中医护理,观察组在此基础上采取基于PDCA循环的中医护理,比较两组患者的护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环的中医护理在乳腺癌患者的应用,能提高护理质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on PDCA cycle on quality of breast cancer nursing and satisfaction of patients.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The observation group was adopted traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on PDCA cycle based on this.The quality of nursing and satisfaction of patients in the two groups of were compared.Results The score of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on PDCA cycle in patients with breast cancer could improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of nursing,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
