摘 要:采用无氰化堆浸法对甘肃某低品位金矿(金品位为0.5 g/t)进行试验研究,考察了浸出剂种类、浸出剂浓度、浸出时间等工艺参数对金矿浸出效果的影响规律。研究结果表明,选用硫代硫酸铵(浓度为0. 5 mol/L)为浸出剂,草酸钠(氧化剂)、三氯化铁、硫脲为助浸剂,浓度分别为12. 5 mmol/L、5 mmol/L、5 mmol/L,浸出固液比=1∶3,氨水调节pH=10时,金浸出率可达到85. 37%,获得了较好的选别指标。试验所采用的工艺可将低品位金矿中的金回收,同时避免氰化浸出法所产生的氰化物污染,为处理同类型金矿提供了技术支持。A highly argillaceous low grade oxidized gold ore with 0.5 g/t of Au in Gansu was studied ex perimentally by non-cyanide heap leaching method to extract gold. The processing parameters, including the types of leaching agent, leaching agent concentration and leaching time, were optimized and the best result was obtained. The experimental results showed that with ammonium thiosulfate(0.5 mol/L) as the leaching agent, sodium oxalate (12.5 mmol/L), iron trichloride(5 mmol/L), and thiourea (5 mmol/L) as infusion, and when the eaching solid-liquid ratio was 1:3, and the pH was 10, the final leaching rate could reach 85.37%. The process adopted in the experiment could recover gold from low-grade gold ores and avoid cyanide pollution caused by cyanide leaching, which provides technical support for the treat ment of the same type of gold ores.
