摘 要:[目的]运用系统评价方法评价放松训练对癌因性疲乏病人的影响,为癌症病人开展放松训练提供证据。[方法]检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、Ovid、CBM、CNKI及万方数据库从建库起到2017年12月关于放松训练对癌因性疲乏症状影响的随机对照试验研究。由2名研究者按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料、评价质量,并采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入文献8篇,其中放松训练组323例,常规护理组301例。Meta分析结果显示,放松训练可以降低疲乏评分[SMD=-0.78,95%CI(-1.18,-0.39)]、抑郁评分[SMD=-0.86,95%CI(-1.64,-0.08)]。[结论]放松训练可以改善癌症病人的癌因性疲乏症状及负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of relaxation training on patients with cancer.related fatigue by using systematic evaluation method,and to provide evidence on carrying out relaxation training for cancer patients. Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effects of relaxation training on cancer . induced fatigue in these databases,including Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Ovid,CBM,Wanfang and CNKI were searched by computers from databases establishment to December 2017. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,screen of literatures,extraction of data and evaluation of qualities were conducted by two researches. Then RevMan 5. 3 software was adopted for Meta . analysis. Results:A total of 8 articles were included. There were 323 cases in the relaxation training group and 301 cases in the routine nursing group. Meta.analysis results showed that relaxation training could reduce fatigue score[SMD=-0. 78,95%CI(-1. 18,-0. 39)],depression score[SMD=-0. 86,95%CI(-1. 64,-0. 08)]. Conclusion: Relaxation training can alleviate cancer.related fatigue symptoms,relieve negative emotions of cancer patients and improve the quality of life.
