摘 要:采用简单的热氧化方法,以纳米多孔金(NPG)薄膜和预置在纳米孔内的TiO2纳米粒子为催化剂,利用"从下至上"的方法在纯钛板表面原位生长TiO2纳米片(NSs)和纳米线(NWs)。探讨了催化剂组成和生长温度对TiO2 NSs/NWs生长的影响。结果表明,所制备的NSs/NWs的复合结构分为3部分:最顶端为Au纳米粒子、TiO2纳米线位于中部、底部为TiO2纳米片。NPG和预置的TiO2纳米粒子是生长纳米片和纳米线复合结构的决定性因素。对甲基橙的光催化降解实验表明,所制备的TiO2 NSs/NWs表现出比单一TiO2NWs增强的光催化性能。这表明TiO2 NSs/NWs复合结构具有更优的光催化性能。The TiO2 nanosheets(NSs) and nanowires(NWs) were prepared by a bottom-up method on a pure Ti sheet via simple thermal oxidation using a nanoporous gold(NPG) membrane and pre-set TiO2 nanoparticles(NPs) as coupling catalysts. The effects of catalysts and heating temperature on the growth of TiO2 NSs/NWs were investigated. The results show that the as-prepared TiO2 NSs/NWs are characterized by three segments, an Au NP on the tip, NW in the middle and NS at the bottom. The NPG and pre-set TiO 2 NPs are decisive for the competitive growth of TiO2 NSs and NWs. The TiO2 NSs/NWs exhibit an enhanced photocatalytic performance toward the degradation of methyl orange compared with the pure TiO2 NWs, which can be attributed to the composite structure of NSs/NWs.
