摘 要:以脱胶后的工业大麻短纤维为基体材料,通过碱化反应、氧化反应、醛胺缩合反应制备一种新型的HF-NH2纤维,并研究该纤维对水中Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附和脱附再生性能。结果表明:胺基成功地接枝在HF上,HF-NH2纤维吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的最佳初始pH为4~6,其最大吸附容量为96.15mg/g;HF-NH2纤维对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附是一个较快速的过程,且其吸附动力学过程可用拉格朗日准一级速率方程进行描述;1.0mol/L的盐酸溶液可对吸附饱和的HF-NH2纤维进行再生,且纤维经15次重复使用后,依然保持着良好的吸附性能。A novel fiber named HF-NH2 was obtained from degummed short hemp fiber as matrix material through alkalization reaction,oxidation reaction and aldehyde amine condensation reaction.Furthermore,its adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)in water and regeneration performance were examined.The results showed that amine as functional groups were successfully grafted on HF fiber;the optimum initial pH of adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)was 4-6,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 96.15 mg/g.The adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)by the fiber HF-NH2 was rather fast,and its adsorption kinetics can be described by Lagrange pseudo-first-order rate equation.The 1.0 mol/L HCl can regenerate the adsorbed saturated HF-NH2,and the fiber HF-NH2 maintained good adsorption performance after being used for 15 times repeatedly.
