摘 要:为提高可再生能源在电力市场的竞争力,基于风光互补特性构建了风光抽蓄联合运行系统,提出一种可再生能源参与电力市场竞争的策略,进而提出一种基于电力市场背景的风电-光伏-抽水蓄能联合运行优化方法。该方法以风光发电企业经济效益最大为优化目标,考虑抽水蓄能电站机组技术约束和联合系统运行约束,采用改进遗传算法优化计算得到抽水蓄能电站和联合系统的运行方案。基于该优化方法自主开发了一款优化软件作为仿真平台,利用该平台通过算例分析验证了所提出的风光抽水蓄能联合运行优化方法的可行性与有效性。In order to enhance the competitiveness of renewable energy in the electricity market,a joint operation system of wind,photovoltaic and pumped hydro storage is constructed considering the complementary characteristics of wind and solar energy.A competition strategy is proposed for renewable energy to participate in the electricity market.An optimization approach for joint operation of wind power,photovoltaic power and pumped hydro storage in electricity market context is also presented.The approach aims at the maximum profit of the renewable energy power generation enterprise with considering the operation constraint of pumped-hydro unit and the joint output fluctuation.The improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the operation scheme of the pumped hydro station and joint operation system.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed combined operation optimization method for wind-pumped storage are verified by an example analysis.
