CT和MRI联合检查在子宫内膜癌术前分期中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析CT 和 MRI 联合检查在子宫内膜癌术前分期中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月~2018年1月收治的子宫内膜癌患者40例纳入本研究,分别进行CT、MRI检查,分别观察两种检查的CT表现及二者联合检查的诊断准确率。结果 CT检查诊断的准确率为70.0%(28/40),MRI检查诊断的准确率为72.5%(29/40),CT联合MRI检查诊断的准确率为85.0%(34/40),CT联合MRI检查诊断的准确率显著高于单独检查的诊断准确率,组间比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 CT 和 MRI 联合检查在子宫内膜癌术前分期诊断中具有重要的应用价值,可以显著提高诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the value of combined CT and MRI in the preoperative staging of endometrial cancer. Methods 40 patients with endometrial cancer admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study and underwent CT and MRI respectively. The CT findings of the two examinations and the diagnostic accuracy of the combined examination were observed. Results The accuracy of CT examination was 70.0%(28/40);the accuracy of MRI was 72.5%(29/40);and the accuracy of CT combined with MRI was 85.0%(34/40). The accuracy of CT combined with MRI examination was significantly higher than that of the single examination. The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined CT and MRI examinations have important application value in the preoperative staging of endometrial cancer, which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
