摘　　要：设计了一种全自动新会柑开盖去肉装置。在分析新会柑果实形状、直径以及高度等物理参数前提下,确定有效的新会柑开盖去肉加工方式,设计了开盖组件和去肉组件结构参数。与人工作业相比,新装置减少了人工成本及生产成本,节省了大量加工时间,实现了自动化快速生产。A fully automatic new mandarin peeling and meat removal device was designed. Under the premise of analyzing the physical parameters such as the shape, diameter and height of the new mandarin orange, the effective processing method of the Xinhui citrus was determined, and the structural parameters of the open lid assembly and the meat removal assembly were designed. Compared with manual work, the new device reduces labor costs and production costs, saves a lot of processing time, and realizes automatic and rapid production.
