摘 要:陶瓷球轴承具有良好的机械性能和热性能,但由于试验验证不充分等因素,使得其在国内航空发动机上的应用还处于起步阶段。通过开展转速试验、润滑试验、加减速试验和断油试验,来验证钢球轴承与陶瓷球轴承在不同工况下的工作性能,对比分析试验过程中两种轴承的外圈温度和轴承座振动变化情况,得出陶瓷球轴承在航空发动机工况下各项工作性能均优于钢球轴承的结果。Ceramic ball bearings have good mechanical properties and thermal properties, but due to factors such as insufficient test verification, their application in domestic aero engines is still in its infancy. Through the speed test, lubrication test, acceleration and deceleration test and oil cut test, the performance of steel ball bearing and ceramic ball bearing under different working conditions is verified. The outer ring temperature and bearing seat vibration of the two bearings are compared and analyzed. The change shows that the performance of the ceramic ball bearing in the aeroengine condition is better than that of the steel ball bearing.
