摘　　要：随着我国城市现代化建设快速发展,交通道路建设越来越发达。近年来,人们生活水平不断提高,各家各户都拥有一辆或多辆汽车,造成了车辆拥堵。为了缓解停车拥挤这一问题,机械式立体停车库就被推广出来。机械式立体停车库对于缓解我国停车压力有着不可替代的作用,一旦停车压力问题得以解决,这就会极大地促进我国汽车行业发展,进而促进我国经济快速发展。基于此,阐述了机械式立体车库发展历程,同时对于我国发展建设机械式立体停车场必要性、今后市场前景分析以及立体车库算面临问题提供解决对策。With the rapid development of China’s urban modernization construction, the construction of traffic roads is more and more developed. In recent years, people’s living standards have been continuously improved, and each household has one or more cars, causing traffic congestion. In order to alleviate the problem of parking congestion, mechanical three-dimensional parking garages have been promoted. The mechanical threedimensional parking garage has an irreplaceable role in relieving the parking pressure in China. Once the parking pressure problem is solved, this will greatly promote the development of China’s automobile industry and promote the rapid development of China’s economy. Based on this, the development history of mechanical three-dimensional garage is expounded. At the same time, it provides solutions to the necessity of developing and constructing mechanical three-dimensional parking lot in China, the analysis of future market prospects and the problems faced by threedimensional garage.
