摘 要:现阶段我国在液压控制技术领域发展有着很大程度的进步,采盐船采掘精度液压控制技术应用中,受到技术因素影响,还存在着一些不足之处,技术应用也容易存在一些故障,这就需要对该技术进行改进,处理好相应的故障问题。基于此,先就采盐船采掘精度液压控制技术发展现状和应用不足进行分析,然后就采盐船采掘精度液压控制技术应用故障解决措施和技术改进方法进行详细探究,希望能为实际液压控制技术推广与应用起到一定启示作用。At present, China has made great progress in the development of hydraulic control technology. In the application of precision control hydraulic control technology for salt mining, it is affected by technical factors, and there are still some shortcomings. The application of technology is also prone to some faults. The technology needs to be improved to deal with the corresponding fault problem. Based on this, the development status and application of the precision control hydraulic control technology of salt mining ship are analyzed firstly, and then the fault diagnosis measures and technical improvement methods of the mining precision hydraulic control technology are studied in detail, and it is hoped that it can be the actual hydraulic control technology.
