摘 要:Graves眼病(GO)是目前成人最常见的眼眶疾病之一。MRI是GO的主要辅助检查手段,不仅可以辅助疾病诊断,还能有效评估疾病活动性分期,对疗效预测也有重要价值,能够为临床治疗决策提供有价值的信息。脂肪抑制序列、T1增强脂肪抑制序列、动态增强MRI、扩散加权成像(DWI)、信号强度比值(SIR)和T2 mapping等技术可以对GO的活动性分期及疗效预测提供更多信息。就MRI在GO诊治方面的研究进展予以综述。Graves’ ophthalmopathy(GO) is one of the most common eyelid disease in adults, and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is the main imaging method for evaluation of GO, which can not only assist in the diagnosis of diseases, but also effectively evaluate the stage of disease activity, and also has important value for the prediction of curative effect,providing valuable information for clinical treatment decision-making. Techniques such as fat suppression sequences, T1 enhanced fat suppression sequences, dynamic enhanced MRI, diffusion-weighted imaging, and signal intensity ratio(SIR)values, and T2 mapping can provide rich information on GO activity staging and efficacy prediction. In this article, we reviewed the research progress of MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of GO.
