造口患者造口接受度现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肠造口患者造口接受度水平及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,应用中文版造口接受度问卷及一般情况问卷对280例肠造口患者进行调查。结果本研究造口接受度得分中位数为34分,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、宗教信仰、家庭常住地、文化程度、婚姻状态、职业状况、收入水平、术后时间、造口类型、医疗支付方式、每月购买造口用品的费用、造口自理状况、参加造口讲座或联谊会等状况对患者造口接受度影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);偏最小二乘法回归分析显示,年龄较低、高文化程度、高收入、术后时间较长、永久性肠造口、每月造口用品费用较低、完全造口自理、经常参加造口讲座或联谊会的患者显示更高的造口接受度。结论医务人员应关注肠造口患者心理接受状况,根据不同情况采取措施促进患者积极应对及接纳造口状态,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the acceptance level of stoma in intestinal stoma patients and the influencing factors. Methods 280 patients with enterostomy were recruited by convenient sampling and investigated with Chinese Version of Stoma Acceptance Questionnaire and General Information Questionnaire. Results The median score of stoma acceptance in this study was 34, which was in the middle level. Univariate analysis showed that age, religious belief, family residence, educational level, marital status, occupation, income level, post - operative time, type of stoma, mode of medical payment, monthly cost of purchasing stoma supplies, self - care status of stoma and attendance of stoma lectures or fraternity status had significant influence on patients' stoma acceptance score ( P < 0. 05 ). Partial least squares regression analysis showed that patients with lower age, higher education, higher income, longer postoperative time, permanent intestinal stoma, lower monthly cost of purchasing stoma supplies, complete self - care of stoma and frequent attendance of stoma lectures or fraternities showed higher stoma acceptance. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to patients' stoma acceptance status and take measures to promote patients' positive response and acceptance of stoma status, so as to improve patients' quality of life according to different situations.
