摘 要:分析了基于截面法的航空发动机室内试车推力校准方法,针对该方法中假设截面参数均匀带来计算误差的问题,结合流线法提出了基于流截法的推力校准方法。通过减少控制体动量交换面,缩小测量截面的面积,推导出航空发动机室内试车台进气道附加阻力、台架阻力和底部阻力的计算公式。开展了发动机在不同试验工况下流场的数值模拟、试车试验以及对比验证,并对低压转子94%转速的工况进行了推力校准计算。研究表明:流场的数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合度较高,证明了模型和模拟方法可靠,计算得到各项阻力值和发动机总推力,与截面法相比,流截法校准精度提高了0.45%。An aero-engine indoor testing thrust calibration method based on the cross-section was analyzed in this paper.Aiming at the problem of calculation error resulted in assuming uniform section parameters,the flow-interception calibration method was proposed combined with the streamline method.By reducing the momentum exchange surface of the control volume and narrowing the measured sectional area,the calculation formula of the additional drag of inlet,cradle drag and bottom drag of aero-engine indoor test bench were deduced.The numerical simulation,test facility and comparative validation of the flow field under different engine testing conditions were carried out,and the thrust calibration calculation was carried out for the low-pressure rotor with 94% speed.The results show that the numerical simulation results are in well agreement with the experimental results,which proves that the model and simulation method are reliable.All drag values and total thrust of the engine are calculated.Compared with the cross-section method,the calibration accuracy of the flow-interception method is improved by 0.45%.
