摘　　要：随着世界经济全球化进程的不断发展,国家间经济贸易往来日益频繁,涉外产品责任争议也与日俱增。评述我国有关涉外产品责任的相关制度的缺陷,以《罗马规则Ⅱ》与《海牙公约》为研究对象,剖析其规则后的国际通行法律原则,以对我国相关立法完善提供借鉴。With the continuous development of the current global economic integration process, economic and trade exchanges between countries are increasing. The disputes about foreign product liability are increasing day by day. Comment on the shortcomings of the relevant system of Foreign-related Product Liability in China, take Rome Rules Ⅱ and the Hague Convention as examples, analyze the international prevailing legal principles after the rules. Provide reference for the improvement of relevant legislation in China.
