皮肤软组织扩张术与复合皮移植在烧伤瘢痕治疗中的比较

摘　　要：目的分析烧伤瘢痕患者分别施行复合皮移植术及皮肤软组织扩张术的临床效果。方法选2015年11月-2018年11月期间我院收治的80例面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者为研究对象,通过抽签法将患者分为试验组与比较组,比较组患者施行复合皮移植术进行治疗,试验组患者施行皮肤软组织扩张术进行治疗,对比治疗效果、创面愈合时间、血运恢复时间,统计不良反应发生率。结果验组创面愈合时间、血运恢复时间短于比较组,不良反应发生率低于比较组,患者创面瘢痕修复满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者采用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗效果明显,恢复时间短,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of compound skin grafting and skin soft tissue expansion in bur n scar patients.Methods From November 2015 to November 2018,80 patients with facial and neck burns and scars in our hospital,the patients were divided into experimental group and comparative group by drawing lots.The patients in the comparative group were treated by composite skin transplantation.The patients in the experimental group were treated by skin and soft tissue expansion.The therapeutic effect,wound healing time and blood circulation recovery time were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results The wound healing time and blood circulation recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the comparative group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the comparative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Skin and soft tissue expansion is an effective method for facial and neck burn scar patients with short recovery time and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
