摘　　要：目的观察自体表皮移植术联合308nm准分子光治疗节段型稳定期白癜风患者的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取43例白癜风节段型稳定期患者,皮损处采取表皮移植后配合308准分子联合治疗,疗程为12周,观察临床效果。结果随着治疗周次的增加,治疗的总有效率在显著增加,总有效率从4周的69.77%上升至12周的90.70%。结论自体表皮移植术联合308nm准分子光治疗节段型稳定期白癜风患者治疗周次的增加疗效也会显著增加,该技术值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of skin autografts combined with 308 nm excimer phototherapy on patients with segent-type stable vitiligo.Methods 43 patients with segular type of vitiligo were randomly selected.Skin lesions were treated with a combination of epidermal transplantation and 308 excimer for 12 weeks to observe the clinical effect.Results With the increase of treatment duration,the total effective rate increased significantly,from 69.77%at 4 weeks to 90.70%at 16 weeks.Conclusions Autoepidermal transplantation combined with 308 nm excimer phototherapy for segmented and stable vitiligo patients can significantly increase the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
