摘　　要：钢铁行业的超低排放政策已经开始实施,绿色生产、可持续发展已经成为钢业企业面临的重要课题。通过信息化技术手段,构建环境管理与治理的组织架构,搭建智能平台,优化升级或改造环保设施,有助于化解环保风险,实现钢铁企业的绿色转型。The ultra-low emission policy of iron and steel industry has begun to be implemented, green production and sustainable development have become the important issues faced for the steel enterprises. Through the means of information technology, it is helpful to resolve the risk of environmental protection and realize the green transformation of iron and steel enterprises by constructing the organizational structure of environmental management and governance, building intelligent platform, optimizing and upgrading or reforming environmental protection facilities.
