摘　　要：北京是全国的首善之区,首都北京城乡体育发展一体化是全国城乡经济社会协调发展这一思路在体育领域具体化的代表和范本,但在城乡体育之间还存在很大差距。信息化时代的公益性社会体育指导员是促进首都城乡体育一体化进程的生力军,发挥公益性社会体育指导员的业余性、奉献性、自愿性和无偿性,在首都城乡体育一体化进程中发挥提供科学指导和技术服务、体育文化的互动与交流的和谐发展作用。Beijing is the best area in the country,and the integration of urban and rural sports development in Beijing is the representative and model of the idea of coordinated development of urban and rural economy and society in the field of sports,but there is still a big gap between urban and rural sports.The public welfare social physique instructor in the information age is the fresh force in the process of integration of urban and rural sports in the capital,giving full play to the amateur,dedication,voluntary and free nature of public welfare social sports instructors,and playing the role of providing scientific guidance and technical services,interaction and exchange of sports culture and harmonious development in the process of integration of urban and rural sports in the capital.
