摘　　要：在高职院校的各个教育教学体系中,艺术设计学科相较于其他课程来说需要学生具有更强的实践能力。对于各个高职院校的艺术设计人才培养体系来说,也应该实现创新创业方面的教育,并通过这种方式来强化学生的实践能力和专业水平。文章先阐述了高职艺术院校创新创业人才培养的重要意义,接着从基于课堂实训为中心来提高学生对于知识技能的掌握程度、通过企业实习过程中来不断强化各个学生的实训操作技能、利用基地孵化模式来激发学生在艺术设计领域中的创意三个方面,探讨了艺术设计创新创业人才的综合培养策略。In each education and teaching system of higher vocational colleges,the subject of art design needs students to have more practical ability than other courses.For the talent training system of art design in various higher vocational colleges,it is also necessary to realize the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,and to strengthen the students'practical ability and professional level in this way.This paper first expounds the significance of the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational art colleges.Then,based on classroom training as the center to improve students'mastery of knowledge and skills,through the enterprise internship process to continuously strengthen each student's practical training operational skills,using the base incubation model to stimulate students in the field of artistic design three aspects.This paper discusses the comprehensive training strategy of creative talents in art design.
