血脉通2号颗粒对冠心病痰阻血瘀证血清IL6、C反应蛋白、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的对冠心病痰阻血瘀证的临床患者运用血脉通颗粒,观察该类患者的血清IL6、C反应蛋白、TNF-α炎症因子指标及相关临床症状。方法临床收集冠心病痰阻血瘀证患者83例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在基础治疗上运用血脉通2号颗粒治疗,对照组不使用。服用三月后分别抽取两组患者血液,用ELISA法检测患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平及临床症状改善。结果血脉通2号颗粒对冠心病痰阻血瘀证患者临床症状缓解有一定作用,并对该类患者血清炎症指标IL6、C反应蛋白、TNF-α有一定的抑制作用。Objective Form observing IL-6,CRP,TNF-αand clinical symptoms of patient who use Xuemaitong No. powder treated coronary heart disease of phlegm obstructing blood and stasis syndrome. Methods 83 patients with phlegm obstruction and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Xuemaitong No.2 Powder on basic treatment of coronary heart disease, while the control group was not treated with Xuemaitong No.2 Powder. After taking Xuemaitong No.2 Powder for three months, the blood of the two groups was extracted. The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, CRP and the improvement of clinical symptoms were detected by ELISA. Results Xuemaitong No.2 Powder can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm obstruction blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease, and inhibit the serum inflammatory indexes IL6, C-reactive protein and TNF-α.
