摘  要:目的检测获得性色素痣组织中表皮黑素细胞标志分子E钙黏素(E-cadherin)和盘状结构域受体1(DDR-1)、真皮干细胞标志分子神经生长因子受体-75(NGFRp-75)和巢蛋白(nestin)、毛囊干细胞标志分子CD34和角蛋白19(K19)的表达特点并探讨其临床意义。方法选择96例不同部位和不同发生年龄的皮内痣与交界痣标本,免疫组织化学方法检测标本中E-cadherin、DDR-1、NGFRp-75、nestin、CD34和K19的表达并分析其特点。结果不同年龄、不同部位的色素痣中均高表达表皮黑素细胞标志分子和真皮干细胞标志分子,不同发病年龄与不同身体部位间差异无统计学意义。毛囊干细胞标志分子:CD34在有毛区色素痣中有表达,在无毛区色素痣中呈阴性表达;K19在色素痣中呈阴性表达。NGFRp-75、nestin和CD34的阳性表达率较表皮来源的标志分子明显低。皮内痣组织切片上位置较浅的痣细胞E-cadherin、DDR-1和NGFRp-75表达较强,而位置较深的痣细胞表达较弱甚至缺如。结论获得性色素痣的痣细胞可能是多细胞来源,但可能最多的还是来源于表皮黑素细胞。Objective To detect the expression of epidermal melanocyte E-cadherin,discoidin domain receptor-1(DDR-1),dermal stem cell nerve growth factor receptor (NGFRp-75),nestin,hair follicle stem cell CD34 and keratin(K19) in acquired melanocytic nevus.Methods The expression of E-cadherin,DDR-1,NGFRp-75,nestin,CD34 and K19 in 98 nevus were detected by immunohistochemical.Results The positive expression of E-cadherin,DDR-1,NGFRp-75 and nestin in junctional nevus and intradermal nevus from different ages and parts,but have no statistical difference.CD34 showed positive expression in nevus from hairy area,but K19 was negative.The positive expression rates of NGFRp-75,nestin and CD34 were lower than others.Further studies showed that higher expression of E-cadherin,DDR-1 and NGFRp-75 in the superficial nevus cells,and lower expression in the deep nevus cells.Conclusion Nevus cells may come from different cells,but mostly from epidermal melanocytes.
