摘 要:压裂液是压裂工艺技术的重要组成部分,其现场配制对于压裂施工效果起着至关重要的作用。通过压裂液原材料抽样检测与施工现场快速检测相结合,同时采取原材料应用方、压裂施工监督方以及第三方检测机构三方共同监督、实验数据相互印证的方法来确保压裂施工所用压裂液的质量,这种"二检结合、三方监督"的压裂液质量控制方法已在大庆油田全面推广。应用现场水进行配液的压裂液质量控制方法拓宽了压裂液配用水的范围,为压裂施工质量控制和降成本提供了技术支撑,现场应用效果良好。Fracturing fluid is an important component of fracturing technology, and its field preparation plays a vital role in the effect of fracturing operation. The quality of fracturing fluid is ensured by combining sampling inspection of raw materials and rapid testing in construction site, and and the co-supervision of raw material user, fracturing construction supervisor and third party inspection organization and the mutual verification of the experimental data of three parties. This fracturing fluid quality control method of"two-inspection combination and three-party supervision"has been widely applied in Daqing Oilfield. Fracturing fluid prepared by field water has good application effect. Preparing fracturing fluid using field water broadens the scope of water used for fracturing fluid preparation, and provides technical support for quality control and cost reduction of fracturing operation.
